Our Story
Momo Cafe is the third restaurant owned and operated by Chef Sonam Nyorie, a Tibetan immigrant who came to the U.S. in 2010. After launching two successful Tibetan-Japanese sushi restaurants, Sonam and his wife wanted to create a warm and inviting space that combined their love of coffee, matcha, and community.
Momo Cafe is a happy, welcoming space. It’s a place to meet friends, have a great cup of coffee and share a plate of authentic momos. Our menu combines Asian-fusion flavors throughout our espresso, matcha and food menus. From the moment you walk through our door, you’re greeted with notes and photos left by hundreds of guests.
